Our seafood exports, we have an exclusive tie up with the leading export-oriented manufacturing company with accredited and certified factories with production capacity of 300 MT per day and public cold stores with a capacity of over 15,000 MT. To meet and maintain a good/bulk inventory of stock, as to us consistency and quality are paramount in meeting and surpassing the expectations of our international clients. The factories are located near major harbours and aquaculture farms giving access to fresh raw material. Our Freezing Process

Individually Quick Freezing (IQF)

One of the main advantaes of this method of preparing frozen prawn & other seafood is that freezing process takes only a few minutes. The exact time depends on the type of IQF of IQF freezer and the product. This method of freezing food is very popular in both domestic and international market.

Brine

The concept is to force the brine solution to completely go through and across the shrimp / prawn blocks. The chilled brine is applied and spread as a shower over the shrimp / prawn blocks that are moved on a conveyor belt. In this technique, with the brine going through the blocks, cold penetration is much faster and so is the freezing of the shrimp / prawn.
